Joost Oerlemans – Founder, Business development & Alliances
After getting a degree in computer technology in Eindhoven (NL) long back in 1977, Joost specialized in medical data and image processing. He worked for Philips Medical (NL), the University Hospital of Basel (CH) and some private owned Software Companies in Switzerland and Germany. In 1997 he co-founded Baroc in order to shift the development of the Software to be marketed by Cobra to a fitting environment in India.
After his self chosen retirement from every days IT business in 2004 he is still active in the field of business development and alliances. The majority of his time however he spends with sports and a bike messenger company he operates in Basel.
Sachin Dabke – Director, Founder
Sachin has over 16 years of experience in application design and development. He is the founder of Baroc and is responsible for creating the technology roadmap. Sachin helped the company successfully deliver software solutions to satisfied customers around the globe including Switzerland, United States and Singapore.
Sachin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Pune (India) and Diploma in Business Management from Pune, India.

Has 10 years of experience in Graphic Design and Multimedia
A bachelor of Commerce from Symbiosis College - Pune university, he completed the 2 years Advance Diploma in Multimedia with Distinction from Arena Multimedia and also has experience as a visiting faculty in many leading training Institutes.
